What is your turnaround time?
Please plan for a 10-14 day turnaround time on your item(s). For large bulk orders, allow 3 weeks from date of purchase.
What is your return policy?
Due to the unique customization of all items, there are no refunds/returns once the transaction is complete.
Do you sell gift cards?
Currently, gift vouchers are not available. Continue to check back as this is something that will be added at a later time.
What are the payment options?
Purchases are made though credit card, paypal, and square. Others forms of payment may be added at a later time.
What is your shipping policy?
Smaller items are shipped through USPS. Larger items will ship through UPS or FedEx.

Shipping is calculated based on weight and size of packaging. Expect shipping time frames to be 3-5 days based on your location. Buyer assumes all responsibility for any shipping delays due to the carrier. Once the package leaves KKD, LLC, we are no longer responsible.

Packages that are subsequently lost/stolen/damaged should have a claim filed with the carrier.
I purchased a mirror, but the reflection is dull and cloudy
Mirrors are shipped with the protective film. Remove the film to see your beautiful reflection.
